UPS STANDARD SHIPPING
HUZZAH! ships via UPS to all addresses within the United States except APO, FPO, and P.O. boxes. An order tracking e-mail confirmation will be provided so you can track your order.
We generally ship items the next business day out of Venice, CA, so your orders are received within 2 to 6 business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (PST) will generally go out with the next business day.
Note: HUZZAH! is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves our warehouse.
Our goal is to get orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible because we know how important their arrival is! We guarantee that in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. Our shipping guarantee only applies to in stock items, and it does not apply to direct ship items. During checkout, you will be able to choose between Standard or 2-Day shipping methods and their costs in order to determine which method will be best for your order. HUZZAH! makes every effort to get packages out within the timeframe outlined during checkout, but sometimes packages do not arrive in a timely manner because they experience problems in transit. If you discover an error upon tracking your package or cannot locate a package that was delivered, please contact us at email@example.com or call 310-452-2900, and we will do everything possible to work with UPS to remedy the situation.
UPS 2nd DAY
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will go out the next business day. Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Some exceptions during the holiday season may apply.
ALASKA & HAWAII
Please add $25.00 to the standard shipping charge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
OVERSIZED and HEAVY ITEM SURCHARGES
Unusually large and heavy items that are oversized and overweighted will ship in their original boxes and may have additional shipping charges. There will be an additional shipping charge added to your shipping costs.
We currently do not ship internationally.
DIRECT SHIP ITEMS
In most cases, items with a "DS" in the product description are items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and require additional time for delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and another 3-5 business days for items to ship. Direct ship items are shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the manufacturer. When your item(s) is shipped, we will notify you of the shipping method and provide you with the tracking number in an email so you can track the order. Direct ship items are not shipped from our warehouse so therefore we are unable to gift wrap these items.
HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINES for shipments in the contingent US.
Please keep in mind our Holiday shipping policies to insure gifts arrive on time. Arrival before winter holidays depends on standard UPS delivery time to your destination.
